PropDocs LLC ("PropDocs", "us", "we", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and secure your information when: (1) you use our websites at propdocs.com ("Websites"); (2) you communicate with us in any way, including by e-mail and telephone ("Communications"); (3) you purchase or otherwise engage with our products, services (including the ability to prepare and sell resale packages), features and content ("Services"); and (4) we engage with certain third parties ("Third Parties").
OUR PRIVACY POLICY CAN BE SUMMARIZED EASILY: WE ARE COMMITTED TO PROTECTING YOUR PRIVACY AND DATA, AND DO NOT SELL OR RENT ANY INFORMATION WE OBTAIN FROM YOU TO ANY THIRD PARTIES THAT ARE NOT DIRECTLY INVOLVED IN THE TRANSACTIONS FOR WHICH OUR SERVICES ARE BEING USED.
BEYOND THAT, OUR GOALS IN COLLECTING INFORMATION ARE TO PROVIDE AND IMPROVE OUR SERVICES, FEATURES AND CONTENT AND TO ENABLE USERS TO EASILY NAVIGATE OUR WEBSITES.
BY USING OUR WEBSITES OR SERVICES, OR BY COMMUNICATING WITH US IN ANY MANNER, YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THIS PRIVACY POLICY.
I. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU?
Depending on how you interact with our Websites and Services, the nature of your Communications, and the types of Third Parties we engage with, we may collect your:

Nonetheless, we do not sell, rent or otherwise provide any of your Personal Information we obtain from you to any Third Parties not directly involved in the transactions for which the Services are being used.
III. HOW DO WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION
With Your Consent. We may, from time to time, disclose or share your information with your consent. We may obtain your consent in writing, online through "click-through" or related agreements, when you accept terms of service on our Websites and Services, orally, in person, on the telephone, or by other means.
With Third Parties. We do not sell or rent any of your Personal Information to any Third Parties not involved in the transactions for which the Services are being used. We may, however, share aggregated information that does not include Personal Information and we may otherwise disclose Non-Identifying Information with certain Third Parties, such as business partners, data analytics providers, online and offline data collectors, operating systems and platforms, and service providers who provide us a service (e.g., credit / debit card processing, billing, customer service, auditing, marketing, debugging to identify and repair error and/or protecting against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity). Any aggregated information shared in these contexts will not contain your Personal Information.
Business Transfers. We may transfer your information as part of a corporate business transaction, such as a merger or acquisition, joint venture, corporate reorganization, financing, or sale of company assets, or in the unlikely event of insolvency, bankruptcy, or receivership, in which to any successor or to any person or entity that acquires ownership or control of the Websites and Services. This may occur in the event of a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy or other sale of all or a portion of our assets. Other than to the extent ordered by a bankruptcy or other court proceeding, the use and disclosure of all transferred information will be subject to this Privacy Policy, unless provided otherwise.
By Law or to Protect Rights. We cooperate with government and law enforcement officials and private parties to enforce and comply with the law and may share your information to satisfy any law, regulation, legal process, governmental request, or where we, in our sole discretion, have a good belief that access, use, preservation or disclosure of such information is reasonably necessary to: (1) enforce or apply agreements; (2) protect our rights or interests, property or safety or that of others; (3) in connection with claims, disputes, or litigation (in court or elsewhere); or (4) protect users of our Websites and Services. Further, we will make any legally required disclosures of any breach of the security, confidentiality or integrity of your unencrypted electronically stored "personal data" (as defined in applicable state statutes on security breach notification) to you via email or conspicuous posting on these Websites in the most expedient time possible and without unreasonable delay.
Request Processing. When you use the Services in conjunction with your purchase or sale of real estate, we will share the Personal Information submitted to us to process the order and to perform the requested task (e.g., without limitation, sharing information with owners, buyers, lessees or the agents of these parties). Any information you choose to provide should reflect how much you want other users to know about you. We are not responsible for any Personal Information you choose to submit to process an order.
Services Providers. We may employ Third Parties to facilitate our Services, to provide the Services on our behalf, to perform Website-related services (e.g., without limitation, maintenance services, database management, web analytics and improvement of our Websites' features) or to assist us in analyzing how our Websites and Services are used. These Third Parties have access to your Personal Information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
IV. HOW DO WE STORE & PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION?
The information you provide to us through the Websites or Services is stored on secure, encrypted servers. Although no system can guarantee the complete security of your information, we take all commercially reasonable steps, appropriate to the nature of information at issue, to ensure your information is subject to appropriate organizational, technical, and physical safeguards to protect against unauthorized access or disclosure, in alignment with all applicable laws and regulations.
V. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
We keep your information for as long as necessary in accordance with the purposes for which it was collected, our business needs, and our legal and regulatory obligations. If we dispose of your information, we will do so in a way that is secure and appropriate to the nature of the information subject to disposal.
VI. LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES
We may, from time to time, offer links to other websites from our Websites and through our Services. If you choose to visit a Third Party by "clicking on" a Third Party link, you will be directed to that Third Party's website. The fact that we link to a website is not an endorsement, authorization or representation of our affiliation with that Third Party. We do not exercise control over Third-Party websites. Such websites may place their own cookies or other files on your computer, collect data or solicit Personal Information from you, and may have information practices that are different than ours. We recommend that you review each site's terms of use and privacy policies prior to use or submitting any information to them. We cannot verify, warrant, endorse or take responsibility for the availability, accuracy, completeness, quality, practices, or policies of such sites or content available from such sites. We do not make any representations or warranties as to the privacy or security of any information (including, without limitation, credit card and other Personal Information) you might be requested to give any Third Party.
VII. PAYMENT INFORMATION
When you make a purchase for our Services, your credit or debit card information (such as card type and expiration date) and other financial data that we need to process your payment may be collected and stored by us and/or the payment processors with which we work. The payment information that you provide through the Services is encrypted and transmitted directly to the payment processor. In addition, the payment processors generally provide us with some limited information related to you, such as a unique token that enables you to make additional purchases using the information they've stored and your card's type, expiration date, and certain digits of your card number.
VIII. COOKIES, ADVERTISING, & TRACKING
From time to time, our Websites may collect and share your information through the use of cookies, pixels, and related technologies for the purpose of identifying and authenticating users, preventing fraud, enhancing our Websites and Services, and to tailor content to you. Cookies are small information files that our Websites may place on your computer or other device. Some cookies are temporary, others are permanent, and there are different types of cookies that serve different purposes, such as functionality, marketing, and advertising.
Our Websites may also use embedded scripts and/or web beacons. An embedded script is programming code used to collect information about how you interact with our Websites. The embedded script is temporarily downloaded onto your device from our, or a third party web server and is active only while you are connected to the Websites. A web beacon is a small graphic image or programming code that may be included in our web pages and email messages.
Our servers automatically record information that your browser sends whenever you visit a website ("Log Data"). This Log Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type or the webpage you were visiting before you came to one of our Websites, pages of our Websites that you visit, the time spent on those pages, information you search for on our Websites and access times and dates. We use this information to monitor and analyze use of our Websites and the Services and for the Websites' technical administration, to increase our Websites' functionality and user-friendliness and to better tailor our Websites to our visitors' needs.
Our Websites also use data analytics vendors to monitor the performance of our Websites, enhance and provide a more relevant browsing experience for our users, personalize the content on our Websites, and better understand our users' needs and optimize our Websites and Services.
IX. PHISHING
Identity theft and the practice currently known as "phishing" are of great concern to us. Safeguarding information to help protect you from identity theft is a top priority. We do not and will not, at any time, request your credit card information, your account ID or username, login password, or national identification numbers in a non-secure or unsolicited email or telephone communication. X. YOUR CHOICES
We provide you the ability to exercise certain controls and choices regarding your information. To exercise any of the rights described below, send your request to privacy@propdocs.com or write to us at the mailing address provided below, and we will respond as soon as possible in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. To protect your identity, we may use reasonable efforts, consistent with applicable law, to verify your identity before responding to your requests.
Correct Your Information. We will use reasonable efforts to allow you to update or correct the information we collect about you. For those of our sites that allow a user to register and/or access his or her account information, such users may review, update or correct the Personal Information in their registration profile by updating the "user preferences" associated with their account.
Access Your Information. You have a right to know what information we have collected about or from you, how that information is being used, and with whom it is being shared. Depending on where you live, you may also be entitled to receive a copy of your information.
Delete Your Information. Subject to certain exceptions recognized by applicable law, you have a right to ask that we delete your information.
Control Cookies Through Your Browsers. You may be able to disable and manage some cookies through your browser settings. If you use multiple browsers on the same device, you will need to manage your settings for each browser.
Email Opt-Out. If at any time you wish to opt out or "unsubscribe" from receiving commercial emails related to our Websites or Services, you may use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each commercial email you receive. Please note that even if you opt-out of receiving commercial emails from us, we reserve the right to send transactional or relationship communications to you (e.g., if we need to contact you regarding your account status, technical support, changes to our Services or Websites, etc.).

XII. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER
Your information may be transferred to - and maintained on - computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your jurisdiction. If you are located outside the United States and choose to provide information to us, please be advised that we transfer Personal Information to the United States and process it there. Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.
XIII. DO NOT TRACK
When you use our Websites, Third Parties such as web browser providers may collect information about your online activities, over time and across different websites, online or cloud computing services, online applications, or mobile applications. Some browsers support a "Do Not Track" feature, which is intended to be a signal to websites that you do not wish to be tracked across different websites you visit. Our Websites currently do not change the way they operate based upon a "Do Not Track" or similar signal. You may, however, disable certain tracking as discussed in Your Choices section.
XIV. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Our Websites are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect or use any information from individuals under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian who has discovered that your child under the age of 13 has submitted his or her information without your permission or consent, you can ask us to remove your child's information by contacting us at privacy@propdocs.com. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with Personal Information, we will delete such information from our files.

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any and all changes will be reflected on this page, and where appropriate provided in person or by another electronic method. You should regularly check this page for any changes to this Privacy Policy.
